Thunder Force IV is Coming to Vinyl from Data Discs

The complete soundtrack to Technosoft’s cult classic shooter has been fully remastered is being pressed on vinyl for the first time by Data Discs! Regarded as having one of the heaviest soundtracks of it’s time, Thunder Force IV was originally released in 1992 for the Sega Mega Drive and is getting pressed on 3 180g LPs, featuring the complete soundtrack including the 10 unused tracks from the Omake. Sourced completely from the original game and hardware, Thunder Force IV will be pressed in three different variations: 3 x 180g Blue, Black & Grey Swirl Combo (LIMITED EDITION), 3 x 180g Opaque Blue, and 3 x 180g Classic Black. A poster will be included with every purchase displaying a newly-commissioned illustration for the game’s 2018 re-release on Nintendo Switch. Thunder Force IV will be available for pre-order on Saturday, April 6th directly from Data Discs.
